If your front valve cover gasket is leaking, I would also recommend checking/replacing the PCV valve, which is mounted entirely to the front valve cover. A clogged PCV can exacerbate oil seepage/leak from the front cover.

A lot of other engine brands don't live to the point they need their valves adjusted, or they self adjust. Hondas have complicated valve train and need to be manually adjusted every 100k or so.
